FindingSustainia

FindingSustainia works at the intersection of sustainability, organizational effectiveness, future readiness, and human performance under complexity. Founded by international environmental lawyer Santa Meyer-Nandi, who is trained in personal coherence, resilience, and effectiveness, together with Dr. Anna Katharina Meyer, whose background lies in accounting, controlling, and organizational steering systems, FindingSustainia supports organizations in translating sustainability from ambition and reporting into real operational decision-making.

The work emerged from a recurring observation across industries: many organizations have already developed sustainability strategies, ESG targets, and transformation narratives, yet struggle to integrate these ambitions into the actual steering logic of the organization. Sustainability often remains highly visible externally while internally competing priorities, fragmented governance structures, overloaded teams, and conflicting KPIs continue to shape daily decision-making.

At the center of FindingSustainia’s work lies the concept of organizational coherence. Coherence describes the degree to which governance structures, incentives, communication flows, KPIs, leadership behavior, and operational decisions support the same long-term direction. In highly coherent organizations, strategic priorities translate more consistently into operational behavior. In low-coherence systems, teams often spend large amounts of energy navigating contradictions, fragmentation, and reactive pressure.

Rather than approaching sustainability primarily through reporting or communication structures, FindingSustainia focuses on the deeper organizational conditions that influence resilience, effectiveness, future readiness, and transformation capacity under pressure.

Key formats include workshops, keynotes, leadership programs, masterminds, and organizational diagnostics such as the newly developed Coherence Assessment. The assessment explores coherence across four interconnected dimensions: Personal Coherence, Team Coherence, Organizational Coherence, and Future Readiness & Transformation Capacity. It is designed to make hidden friction, fragmentation, and structural tensions more visible inside organizations navigating increasing complexity.

Core workshops include “Steering What Matters – How Leaders Turn Sustainability into Decision Logic,” which explores why sustainability initiatives often struggle to influence operational decisions, and “Burn Bright, Not Out,” which focuses on sustainable effectiveness, decision quality, and leadership under pressure.

FindingSustainia works with organizations, sustainability leaders, transformation professionals, and social sector actors seeking to strengthen coherence between long-term ambition and operational reality in times of accelerating change.
