FEVER Hybrid Power is a spin-out company from the Universities of Sheffield and Southampton. The company's origins are from the EPSRC funded FEVER project to investigate hybrid energy storage to facilitate the development of grid independent EV charging stations. However, it became apparent that the technology can also serve stand-alone microgrids and allow power services in places where there is either no grid connection, or where the existing grid connection cannot be easily upgraded. This makes the approach ideal for remote locations. FEVER Hybrid Power now provides bespoke solutions to supplying power and EV charging in remote locations and where an existing connection cannot be economically upgraded. WE provide site survey, system design and design / installation services backed up by academic rigour and industrial resilience.
