Carpet

WhiteSpace is the official supplier for carpet.

Stand package stands will be provided with cord carpet as part of their stand package. It is possible to change the colour of this carpet although this will be at your own cost. If you would like to bring your own carpet, please contact us to let us know that you no longer require the stand package carpet, and would like to bring your own (please also supply the details of the material). The organiser reserves the right to refuse the use of the material if it is not of an acceptable standard, or if it is not fire resistant. Space Only stands are required to provide their own carpet through their official stand contractor.

Once you have entered your stand name and details into the order form you will be redirected to the order brochure to be able to browse products and services. No payment will be taken until you manually enter payment information on the last page. If you decide to browse and do not wish to order anything no information will be stored or payment taken.

Catering

ExCeL London Hospitality (ELH) is the official and sole supplier for catering at Reset Connect London. ELH hold the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages consumed on-site, and charges will be levied directly to you if any external catering is used without consent from ELH, including any buyout fees charged onsite or post event. Consideration may be given to an exhibitor to provide their own catering in exceptional circumstances, and only where approval has been sought in advance from ELH and corkage fees have been paid.

There are two types of services provided by ExCeL London Hospitality.

Stand Hospitality

Extensive choice of food and drink items from main hospitality planner
Full service including a member of staff to deliver and set up the items
Additional members of staff can be arranged to be on the stand during service if required
Includes all crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments, ice etc
Allocated event manager
Clearing down of the stand after service

Stand Catering Drop

Delivery of items to your stand at the time required
All beers, wines, soft drinks will be chilled and ready to drink
All food items will be on disposable trays

Cleaning & Waste Removal

ExCeL Event Services is the official and sole supplier for cleaning and waste removal at Reset Connect London. The cost of basic stand cleaning is included in your contract, except for the second level of any double deck/two storey stand. All stands will be cleaned overnight prior to each opening day of the event, unless requested otherwise.

Waste removal services (such as bins and skips) should be ordered through the venue. ExCel London are 100% committed to tackle the challenge of hosting sustainable events. Please contact the Cleaning & Waste team to discuss what can be recycled by ExCel.

Please note: Contractors/exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that build and breakdown waste is disposed of properly. Any waste left by contractors or exhibitors will be charged to the exhibitor after the event.

Data Collection/Lead Retrieval by Visit Connect

To make the most out of exhibiting at Reset Connect, it is essential you capture the contact details of the visitors to your stand. This year, to minimise the sharing of hardware we are working with our registration partners to offer all exhibitors Unlimited Visit Connect, an award-winning, cutting edge lead collation solution that will enable you to take total control over your sales processes and resulting successes.

You can purchase Unlimited licenses at the cost of £359 for the lead capture app, Visit Connect which can be opened in a browser on any smartphone or tablet and this will enable you to access it on multiple staff devices. This can be purchased via the Exhibitor Zone, within the Registration & Badging menu option, which will then take you to the Visit Connect portal. You will then see the 'Shop' menu button on the left that will open the license options available to purchase. In the shop, you also have the option of purchasing an individual visit connect license for £129
You can also hire a tablet but please note: you will also need to purchase Unlimited Visit Connect.

Electrics

WhiteSpace is the official and sole supplier for electrics. Exhibitors must order their electrical mains supply through WhiteSpace. NB: No electrics are included as part of any stand package.

Vista Events offer a fully sustainable service. All floral items purchased for the event from Vista Events will be repurposed after the show

Freight Services: Lifting, Forwarding and Storage

DSV are the official and sole suppliers for freight services (including freight forwarding, lifting and storage) at Reset Connect London. They are the only companies permitted to operate forklifts and other lifting machinery within the halls, and can assist you with:

Customs clearance
Transportation of goods from within the UK and from overseas
Forklift, trolley, and pallet truck hire services
Handling of goods on site
Empties storage

EORI number (Import and Export of Goods)

Advanced Warehouse Deliveries

All deliveries to the Advance Warehouse must be fully pre-advised to the relevant supplier at least 72 hours in advance of arrival. Deliveries must be received at least 24 hours before required on stand.

Rigging

ExCeL Rigging is the official and sole supplier for rigging points at Reset Connect London (i.e. ExCeL Rigging are the only suppliers allowed to attach rigging equipment (such as motors and drop wires) to the physical fabric of the building). They are also able to rig some items in advance of your arrival.

Please note: Fly height and weight restrictions are in place at ExCeL, therefore rigging requirements cannot be guaranteed until full details have been received and analysed by ExCeL Rigging and the technical department. When ordering suspension equipment, it is a legal requirement under LOLER to provide ExCeL Rigging with a plan that accurately shows the following:

The suspension point locations, and their orientation in relation to the building
The weight of each point
The "hook" height required
The date of the lifting operation
A brief description of the equipment to be flown

ExCeL Business Centre

ExCeL's Business Centre is located on the Level 0, and open during show hours. To access them onsite, go down the stairs towards the carpark cloakroom, which is located in the centre of the boulevard between hall entrances N4 and S4. It stocks everything exhibitors and contractors need during build and breakdown from safety equipment to those important but smaller items like chalk and duct tape.
