Thomas Harding

Thomas joined ISS ESG in 2020 to lead the build-out of regulatory solutions, initially focused on the EU Taxonomy and then the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Principal Adverse Impacts. Thomas’ sustained commitment to helping clients navigate the complex EU regulatory landscape has led to the release of ISS ESG’s Labels & Standards Solutions and the EU Benchmark Regulation Dataset. Prior to joining ISS ESG, Thomas worked as a client delivery manager for a regulatory technology consultant focused on EU Sustainable Finance regulations and investigating solution providers who can assist, and prior to that as a product specialist within the capital markets business for a large global custodian.
