Simon Hopkins

Simon has spent his entire 30 year career in energy management starting as a commissioning engineer for a well-known Building Energy Management System company.

Having worked in all aspects of building automation; sales, installation and energy optimisation (including site energy audits for national retail and leisure chains), Simon has now spent the last 4 years focussing on the use of data for optimisation and energy management in the software space. Recent periods as a Product Owner and business leader for an Analytics platform has seen Simon join MRI as a Solution Architect for their energy management solutions.

Simon has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and loves to know the nuts and bolts of everything
