Lise Honsinger is COO at Notpla - a start up on a mission to make packaging disappear. Notpla works with seaweed and plants to create materials with a short shelf-life that will biodegrade naturally, replacing single-use plastic in use cases where it is unnecessary. Lise has been with the company for 5 years helping it grow from 3 people to 50 employees, from one product to 5, and from Crowdfunding to Series A! Prior to Notpla she worked in PE investing in solar energy - always driven by her passion for sustainability and renewables.
