Katie Marsh

Katie has a background in Investment banking at J.P. Morgan, principally specialising in M&A and structuring real estate financings. She then has refocused her career into purpose-driven organisations, principally working on impact investing strategies and establishing impact growth funds before starting at Field.

At Field Katie leads corporate development, focussing on fundraising, project financing and M&A. A keen interest of Katie's is driving sustainable finance and embedding impact clauses within financial structures. She has worked with The Chancery Lane Project to publish the Laith & Irsa Clause, providing an open source example of carbon saving structures that can be used across a variety of commercial agreements.
