Dr Isabel Boira-Segarra holds a PhD in Energy Policy and is also the author of many publications including a Financial Times Management Report on ‘The Electricity Industry in Spain. Isabel is an experienced leader with exceptional skills in delivering sustainable solutions in complex infrastructure projects. She has significant world-wide experience advising utilities, developers, lenders, investors, investment funds, governments and regulators. She is also experienced in leading diverse teams playing key roles in renewable policy and strategic assignments, transactions for the acquisition and divestiture of renewable projects, renewable project development and elaboration of greenhouse gas emission reduction strategies.
