Hannah Jameson

Hannah Jameson is Climate Change Programme Director at London Councils, working with London’s 32 local authorities and the City of London on their shared climate programme. She was previously Assistant Director for Sustainable Development and Climate Change Response at Lambeth Council. She established the council’s climate function and led the council’s work on the climate emergency including its programme to help the organisation to reach Net Zero by 2030. She was responsible for establishing Lambeth’s climate partnership, bringing together 10 of Lambeth’s largest organisations to lead the borough’s Climate Action Plan.
