Ashley Austin is the director of Evolution Dome, which specialises in designing and manufacturing temporary inflatable structures for sale and hire worldwide. Founded by Austin, over ten years ago, Evolution Dome has provided structures for a wide range of events including, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences and corporate events.

Austin believes that industry change must start internally and has made sustainability a top priority for the Evolution Dome brand, regularly investing in the development of its solar and storage capabilities along with design, manufacture, and delivery elements within the business.
