Alex Avila

Alex has extensive experience in working in the energy transition and decarbonisation of transport having worked in KPMG's Energy and Future Mobility strategy practice. He has advised various companies across multiple sectors on the impact of the rise of Electric, Autonomous and Connected vehicles and mobility-as-a-service solutions on their current and future business models.

Alex is now leading the E-Mobility and EV business within MITIE Energy, working together with MITIE clients and partners to go further and faster on carbon reduction, focusing on ensuring end-to-end solutions around the electrification of fleets and development of associated charging infrastructure, as well as ensuring these align with broader decarbonisation and net zero agendas.

Alex is multilingual, speaking 5 languages. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, and has a professional working knowledge of French and Portuguese.
